We have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished leader to join our growing team and help lead our business and technology transformation. If you are a seasoned technology leader with experience in Telecommunications, Billing Support Systems stacks, Operational Support Systems stacks, field operations, network engineering, and the transformational journeys of these traditional systems toward cutting edge technologies and platforms. In this exciting role, you will be challenged with the opportunity to re-imagine every aspect of the customer experience from sales and ordering through fulfillment, assurance, and the billing lifecycle.

Our ideal candidate is someone with seasoned merger and acquisition experience, someone excited about re-imagining and evolving a business through technology and product simplification. We are looking for entrepreneurs at heart, who have the depth of experience in bringing business transformation into reality.

As the Manager, System Transformation, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead small to complex business initiatives across all phases of the telecommunications customer lifecycle to deliver best in class customer experience
• Identify the opportunities to improvise the process and system flows and deliver it
• Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for various solution approaches and deliver recommendations to IT Transformation leadership
• Quickly understand business requirements and operational needs to create technology approaches to enable business transformation
• Lead teams of cross functional teams to deliver amazing transformation across both B2C and B2B journeys
• Manage software licensing, software development and managed services contracts to successful completion
• Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for various solution and labor approaches geared toward business and technology transformation
• Collaborate with interfacing teams, define target dates for testing and ensure end to end robustness of technology and business transformation plans and programs
• Manage operational and program level budgets in-year and across multi-year programs
• Manage communications across business and technology teams to deliver world class transformation on a scale and timeline never seen before
• Work with business partners to build real product simplification plans that enable business and technology transformation
• Assess project risk, provide accurate timelines, proactively act, and ensure robust development performance and stability in production
• Adopt Agile, DevOps and other enablers to improve the effectiveness of project delivery
• Communicate project progress, status, risks, issues etc. to management. This includes providing status on a recurring basis as well as for special circumstances
• Tracks industry trends and leverage to drive innovation and solution excellence across various functional domains

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/network technology/ engineering or equivalent
• 15+ years of experience in leading technology teams with preferably 5+ years of experience in telecom domain
• 5+ of software development experience across various languages and acumens
• Extensive experience in and around telecom solutions, system stacks and operational needs
• Extensive experience in vendor management across multiple agreements and arrangements for both software and service support
• Experience in leading large programs spanning technology, business operations and customer life cycle
• Experience implementing systems and applications across various telecom business segments from order decomposition, to provisioning and activation, through assurance, field, and engineering
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical information
• Collaborative, team builder with strong communication skills, ability to negotiate, often at higher levels
• Experience managing a team of employees and consultants to drive solution delivery
• Project management skills
• AGILE development experience
