Job Title: IT Solutions & Delivery Mgmt Rep – Int
Location: Roseville, CA - Onsite
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description:
- Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots PCs and UX clients and servers, hardware and software.
- Responds promptly (within 1 hour) to break/fix tickets.
- Solves complex problems requiring breadth/ depth of hardware, software, network and data communications/etc.
- Familiar with WIN and UX server OS.
- Familiar with SharePoint administration.
- Can quickly learn custom SW platforms.
- Proven successes in highly interrupt-driven work environment.
Requirements:
- Higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a SysAdmin tech.
