The Systems & Network Administrator is responsible for the testing, implementation, and support of the systems, structures and tools that ensure the availability and security of data as it pertains to business systems. This includes related software, hardware, and networks. This position is administrative and functions under the direct supervision of the Sr. Director, Information Technology.

Pay: $62,000 - $75,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Systems Administration:
- Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD) administration
- Group Policy (GPO) and Microsoft Intune (Intune) administration
- Microsoft Office 365 (O365) administration
- Microsoft Exchange Online (Exchange) administration
- Identity and Access management
- User Lifecycle Management administration
- Deploy and manage Infrastructure appliances, endpoints, services, and servers
Endpoint Management:
- Patch management for servers, workstations, and other related endpoints
- Configuration and software installation for servers, workstations, and other related endpoints
Networking:
- Overall responsibility for the health of the LAN/WAN and VPN environments
- Network device management including firewalls, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and other related network devices
- Administration of network security measures including monitoring and incident response
Qualification – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
5+ years of combined experience administering and operating Systems and Networks- Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems administration including AD, AAD, Azure and Intune
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines as well as under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrates the ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to independently gather information from various sources, analyze data, and prepare “what if” reports to present to management
Additional Qualifications:
- Self-directed, self-starter, and motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience working in multi-domain or multi-forested environments desired
- Experience with VoIP or cloud phone systems desired
- Experience with system and network monitoring tools a plus
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
- Full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday and must be available for holidays and after hours as business needs dictate
- Intermediate travel throughout area of responsibility is expected with this position. Overnight travel constitutes less than 25% of the time
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline is preferred. Microsoft and/or Cisco or VMware certifications and five (5) plus years’ experience administering servers in a medium to large-scale, multi-platform information technology environment are preferred.
