Our IT Asset Disposition division, known as ITAD, is growing! ITAD involves the secure disposal of excess or used IT hardware. This process includes the complete wiping of data from all equipment, refurbishing and remarketing where lifecycles can be extended as part of the circular economy, and electronic recycling where necessary. The ITAD Triage Associate is responsible for general warehouse work including receiving and shipping and works with a wide variety of IT hardware brands, including Cisco, HPE, Dell, and IBM. The position requires an ability to multi-task with competing priorities and to work productively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing incoming equipment shipments
• Assist with warehouse duties including packing, shipping, and inventory control
• Safely and accurately refurbish product
• Work closely with technicians
• Assist with other areas of the warehouse as needed
• Maintain inventory stock in a safe and organized manner
• Participate in physical inventory counts
• Move equipment using carts and pallet jacks
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Lift, carry, and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
• Other duties and projects as assigned

What You Bring to Summit 360:

• 0-1 year experience in a warehouse environment – performing receiving, shipping, or inventory control a plus
• Technical knowledge and familiarity with computer hardware a plus
• Experience with warehouse management computer system a plus
• Experience with handheld barcode scanners a plus
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the department and business
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Must have good hand and eye coordination
• Experience using warehouse equipment including a pallet jack
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods of time
• Must have a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
