Specific Responsibilities:

• Install and repair plumbing products such as water heaters, toilets, faucets, and other products
• Diagnose the condition of plumbing systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, determine needed repairs, and execute repairs
• Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects
• Evaluate customer requests, provide estimates, and price projects
• Follow established service system processes and procedures, including accurately entering customer data and notes into iPad after each customer visit
• Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer

Job Requirements: You will be asked to perform plumbing service, repair, installation, and maintenance services for residential, small business, and commercial customers.

• A minimum of high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 5 years of plumbing work experience and/or training required
• Plumbing License in Chicago
• Must have great communication skills and enjoy providing high-quality customer service to homeowners
• Must be able to operate company van (clean and valid driver's license is required)
• Positive attitude and team player
• Able to pass a drug test and background check
