Junior Recruitment Consultant
We are currently searching for our next Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our sister company, Clifden Recruitment on the IT desk. The ideal candidate will be is outgoing, ambitious and would like to be a part of a rapidly growing team. No experience in recruitment is needed, just the right attitude, drive to succeed and a willingness to learn.
The successful person will be highly organised with a excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for the sourcing of candidates for IT roles in Ireland and the USA and have the ability to meet weekly/ monthly KPI’s set out by your manager. You will be fully supported with ongoing training and guidance allowing you to learn the skills and knowledge that will become an essential part of your role within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Connect and engage with our talent community
- Identify quality talent through advertisements, sourcing strategies and networking activities
- Screen applications
- Coordinate client interviews and complete reference checks
- Daily ad hoc administration to support the business
- Utilising the in-house system to ensure candidate and client records are up to date and accurate
- Work collaboratively with others on the team
Requirements:
· A strong background in sales or customer service would be very advantageous
· Have the confidence to communicate with candidates and clients over the phone/ video calls/ face to face meetings
· High level of organisation and attention to detail
· A pleasant, positive attitude
· The ability to work with targets and towards deadlines (daily, weekly and monthly)
· The ability to work as a team as well as on your own initiative
· A full, clean driving license is not necessary but would be extremely advantageous due to the location of our office
