Duties & Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Assist in the preparation and service of all meals and beverages for residents in adherence to standards of hygiene.
- Assist and support the Cook in the preparation and cooking of excellent quality and wholesome meals and home baking.
- Support and assist the Cook/ Chef with all documentation when required.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene throughout the kitchen and ensure safe storage of foods in accordance with legislative standards.
- Carry out assigned cleaning duties including: - cleaning of equipment, kitchen appliances, crockery, windows etc.

Salary: €11.00 per hour
