Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient execution of food preparation
• Lead and manage a small BOH team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Maintain high standards of food quality and adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Work with ownership on updating menus
• Manage inventory and food costs, ensuring optimal usage and minimizing waste

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Positive attitude and strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and safety regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and late nights
