Application Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of restaurant experience

• Must be available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours a week

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

• Active listening and effective communication skills

• Must obtain a Food Safe Certification internally or externally

Line Cook Responsible for:

• Following all food safety and sanitation standards set forth by Chick-fil-A Inc, and the Florida Health Department

• Be a grower and an expert in the areas of Chick-fil-A recipes, food-safety, Guest experience and overall procedures

• Collaborate in a team environment to serve our guests with excellence

• Learn and follow detailed recipes to provide our guests with the highest quality food

• Maintains the kitchen and serving line areas in a sanitary, neat, and in an aesthetically pleasing manner

• Prepare and utilize food supplies in an efficient manner, to ensure efficient use resource

Line Cook:

• Will report to the Kitchen Leadership

• After 1 year of service eligible for 3% salary contribution into a Simple IRA
