As part of the Client Implementation team, you will be responsible for the successful onboarding and lifecycle management of the client entity within the Trust and Agency Services (TAS) business. You will be required to engage directly with clients and their administrative vehicles in addition to the various internal and external transaction parties who perform functions for each transaction to ensure that the Bank has all necessary legal and regulatory documentation required to successfully create and maintain the client profile in accordance with the regulatory obligations placed on Deutsche Bank.

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for reviewing and ensuring all required KYC (Know Your Client) Regulatory requirements for new and existing clients are met

  • Liaise with Clients, internal client services teams, compliance and operations as necessary as part of the KYC process to ensure transactions and queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner

  • Management and oversight of the TAS Client Perimeter, including off boarding and managed exit processes

  • Completing Client Outreach working to very tight deadlines and participating in internal and external calls to facilitate the case completion

  • Supporting wider KYC / On-boarding teams, client services teams and wider business on an ongoing basis

Your skills and experience

  • Strong KYC experience and knowledge

  • A good understanding of the global financial services industry and Debt capital markets although training will be given where needed

  • A background in transaction banking and in a Securities and/or Equities environment is preferable

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to articulate clearly in accordance to any given audience

  • Multi-lingual skills including German, Italian, Spanish, French and Russian would be beneficial
