Green Impressions, a leading landscaping company in Sheffield Village, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Landscape / Hardscape Installation Foreman to join our team. As a Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for managing a crew of 2-3 employees, ensuring the successful completion of landscaping and hardscaping projects, and maintaining a safe work environment. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, making us a top choice for clients in the area.
Responsibilities

• Effectively manage a crew of 2-3 employees
• Ensure the safe and efficient completion of landscape and hardscape installations
• Operate various construction equipment, including mini excavators, skid steers, and ditch witches
• Read and execute blueprints
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Drive a truck and trailer combination

Qualifications

• Valid and clean driver's license
• 3-5 years of hardscape and/or landscape installation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong communication, math, job planning, and mechanical aptitude skills
• Working knowledge of standard construction practices
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, excluding marijuana
• Basic understanding of electricity, piping, and plumbing (preferred)
• Ability to recognize plant material (preferred)
• Class A CDL (preferred)

Compensation
Hourly: Up to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
