We are looking for an Irrigation Tech to join our team. Here is an outline of the role:

Job Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Great Attitude
• Punctuality
• Dependable
• 1-3 years of Experience
• Clean Driving Record
• Leadership Skills
• Irrigation Experience Required

Performance Requirements:

• Spring start ups
• Winterizations
• Mid-season irrigation system inspections
• Communicate and interact with clients while on-site
• Gather and record the necessary information for irrigation bids
• Maintain a clean and stocked work vehicle
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Repair/replace broken electrical valves, isolation valves, controllers, sprinkler heads, mainline, and lateral pipes
• Scheduled on call time during season
• Inventory management
• Compensation based upon experience, but within the range of $24-$30/hr.
• Bi-lingual a plus but not necessary

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-3 years of work-related experience or training is required
• Knowledge of irrigation and irrigation systems is required
• Physical ability to perform job duties such as but not limited to trenching, hand digging, lift 60+ pounds, tolerate weather conditions
• A Backflow Assembly Tester Certification is desired
• Effectively communicate, present information, and respond to questions, both verbal and written
• Ability to organize, multi-task, plan, and set priorities with minimal supervision.
• Work independently and in team settings
• Ability to exercise good judgment with a strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels
• Maintain a valid Washington State Driver's License and driving record insurable by the company's identified insurance provider
