Job description
We are currently searching for an Lead Cook/Supervisor to assist the kitchen manager/Head Cook and focus on daily operations in the back of the house (BOH). As the Lead Cook/Supervisor you will ensure efficient kitchen operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards. Additionally, surpervises and coordinates activities of assembly and prep team members and other workers engaged in preparing and cooking food. To be successful in this role, you'll need knowledge and experience in the BOH. You'll oversee food prep, be the lead of food expediting, and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations. Ultimately, you will be the lead in making sure the restaurant food service runs smoothly and that customers are satisfied with their dining experience.

Pay: $36,371.00 - $38,440.00 per year
