The role of The Learning & Development Manageris to establish the client as the preferred employer by safeguarding the development for all team members, encouraging them to preform and remain with the company.
Key Responsibilities
· Support and increase the ability of our workforce to adapt and work more effectively by creating, enhancing, and consolidating strategies, structures, and procedures.
· Actively contributing to the growth of business through people with a steadfast approach.
· Create and oversee learning and organizational development initiatives for the company, making sure they are in line with strategic objectives.
· Oversee the creation of a high-performing and engaged workforce culture.
· Build a reputation as a respectable, knowledgeable, and innovative leader of organizational development and maintain professional and business expertise.
· Manage the allocated funds to ensure their effective and efficient utilization as well as to maximize opportunities for organizational and personnel development.
· Produce an annual report to reflect the outcomes of evaluation for Senior Stakeholders
· Work closely with senior management in order to ensure the consistent interpretation and application of people development strategies
· Support overall team initiatives in the area of human resource management, learning & development, change management, organisation design and business process management
· Experience
· 5+ years senior level experience
· Significant senior leadership experience or active participation in an organization's Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development Team
· Excellent organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
· Creative with a new way of thinking, the capacity to challenge and create, and the willpower to prevail in the face of adversity
· Ability to work cooperatively with and through others and be a team player
· Ability to sustain trusted relationships with a wide array of people
· High level of self-awareness and interpersonal skills
· Proven ability to work on own initiative
· A track record of successfully facilitating organizational development, employee engagement, and/or change initiatives
· Experience in project management
