Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and attorneys.
• Maintain client files, billing records and attorney scheduling.
• Answer phones and screen client calls.
• Screen and perform intake of potential new clients.
• Schedule appointments.
• Obtain records, traffic collision reports, medical records and bills.
• Send representation letters and open claims.
• Assist with resolving property damage claims.
• Coordinate care of clients and follow-ups.
• Preparing files for settlement demands.
• File legal documents.
• Read and summarize depositions, court transcripts, interviews or other documents.
• Assist with trial related preparations.
• Uploading information into case management programs and cloud storage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

• No travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Murrieta, CA 92563: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
