Our client a legal firm in Meath are seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their busy practice.
This role requires an immediate start.
Role will enatil, but is not limited to,the following:
- Opening, closing and maintaining files.
- Dictaphone typing,photocopying and answering phones.
- Scanning and filing.
- Engaging with clients and third parties.
- Other administrative duties as requested.
Background and experience:
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years legal secretarial experience preferably a good knowledge of conveyancing and probate.
Key skills required:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong IT and systems skills.
- Ability to use own initiative and manage time and work efficiently.
- An ability to work well under pressure, prioritise and multitask and to work to deadlines.
