What we’re looking for:

· Capability of performing waxing services on all areas of the body.

· A positive, friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills.

· Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.

· Prioritizes Guest hospitality, service, and satisfaction.

· Strives to meet and exceed sales goals.

· Professional, reliable and team-player mindset who has excellent multitasking skills.

· Flexibility with schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends; set schedule.

What a work day will look like:

· Prep wax and suite before start of shift.

· Provide the highest quality of service.

· Ability to educate our guests on the retail products, in-center promotions and Wax Passes, while offering an amazing customer service experience.

· Maintain a clean and presentable suite at all times.

· Work well with other team members.

· Consistently having a fun and positive attitude!

Requirements:

· Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of California

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Ability to work successfully with others within a team setting

· Reliable means of transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $30.00 per hour
