Job Summary: Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be always provided to our residents. Follow all established policies and procedures to include nursing care procedures, safety regulations, human resources policies, departmental policies and procedures to assure that quality resident care and an effective operation can be maintained.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience serving in a supervisory role in healthcare.
• Nursing Home Administrator’s license in the state of Iowa.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
