Now Hiring: RN/LPN MDS Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN or LPN Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky
- Complete COVID-19 vaccination or must have a valid exemption
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
- All applicants must be able to pass a Level 2 background check
- Prior experience with Resident Assessments and MDS in Long-Term Care Settings required
- RAC-CT certification preferred & able to obtain after hire
