Job description

We need to hire 2 experienced line cooks/grill cooks. You must be able to cook menu items to our restaurant standards, in a timely manner, and neatly plate the food items. Other job duties will include washing pans and smallwares used during your shift , taking out the trash, sweeping, and mopping. You must be familiar with using a fryer and flat top grill. You should also be familiar with using a food processor, oven, salamander, immersion blender and other various kitchen equipment or at least be comfortable learning to use that equipment. Willing to train the right candidate if you possess a sense of urgency, have a good work ethic, and have attention to detail. Pay will be based on experience. If new employees consistently perform well, they will be given a $1 raise after 60 days
