The LMPD Investigation Specialist is an integral part of our operations team, performing high judgement investigations and research for informed decision making and appropriate actions taken to improve the experience when incidents occur.

This position is based in Bellevue, WA and follows a hybrid work schedule, commuting to the office (Tues-Thurs) and working from home (Mon & Fri).

Key job responsibilities
  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for incident handling and investigation, while leveraging multiple tools to complete complicated, high-judgement investigations and decision-making
  • Evaluating root cause and performing data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Escalating trends in issues or pain points occurring within the process
  • Working collaboratively with team members to navigate ambiguous cases and create frameworks to drive performance consistency across the team.

Last Mile Property Damage (LMPD) is part of the Last Mile Safety & Performance (LMSP) organization focused on incident management and driver safety initiatives for Amazon’s Last Mile delivery network.

The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $64,300/year in our highest geographic market.
