Key objective:

Establish relationships with new customers while enhancing relationships with existing customers to provide a marketplace of opportunities for FSTAFF Drivers.

Position overview:

An FSTAFF Business Development Manager is an experienced, action-oriented contributor to the company’s growth and sales objectives by growing new and existing business relationships in specified markets/regions. This is a non-office position, and the Sales Associate will be executing a plan of in-person client meetings, call strategy, and market prospecting.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Expand existing relationships into the markets under management
  • Cultivate relationships by visiting and communicating with existing relationships/clients.
  • Conduct market analysis for new business opportunities
  • Close and onboard new business, supported by app webinars
  • Provide reports regarding client contacts and agreements
  • Attending meetings with staff, customers, drivers, vendors as needed.
  • Consult with legal and human resources as needed.
  • Maintain quality service by adhering to organization standards.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team as needed

Experience

  • High School or GED with 5 years of work experience and 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in sales/business development, preferably within staffing.
  • Have past proven success utilizing key digital platforms such as: Indeed, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Ability to analyze and leverage data to effectively execute sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems and implement solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary exempt position with bonus package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
