We are seeking an International Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic Supply Chain Team.

**This is not a remote position. Work location: US Headquarters - Orlando, FL

Logistics Import Specialist Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurately filing of customs documentation.
• Coordinate with CBP to arrange releases of containers.
• Coordinate with trucking companies and 3rd party warehouse for timely pickup/delivery of containers.
• Prepare and verify receiving documents and send to warehouses in advance.
• Timely update ERP system with inbound information.

Logistics Import Specialist Competencies:

• 3-5 years of previous customs import experience.
• 3-5 years of inbound logistics experience.
• Planning, organizing and prioritizing daily tasks.
• Customer service oriented with sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.
• Applying root cause analysis when identifying and solving problems.
• Strong Excel skills, MS Office suite and ERP system experience.
• Adaptable to changing environment and requirements.
• Deep personal commitment and belief in team synergy and collaboration.
