COVID vaccine will be required unless medical / religious exemption. Seeking a LPN/RN Manager that will work in BCHP's Greenwich, CT location. Salary will be approx. $75k-$85k, negotiable based on experience. Pediatrics experience highly desired.

Organizational Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs duties to support the goals and objectives of Boston Children's Health Physicians in its efforts to provide quality service and patient satisfaction
• Demonstrate continuing education by completing all required annual trainings, as stated in the Training Curriculum, including but not limited to care coordination, population health management and self-management support techniques.
• Complete annual corporate compliance training
• Understand and effectively communicate HIPAA compliance, corporate compliance and client confidentiality
• Ensure and/or remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulation

Clinical Duties:

• Takes patients vital signs, height and weight
• Assists physician, prepares and stocks exam rooms
• Assigns patients and physicians to exam rooms
• Prepares daily assignment for medical support staff
• Communicates with front desk staff as necessary
• Provides direct and individualized nursing care, dressing wounds and incisions as directed by physician
• Assists physicians during patient exam
• Prepares, administers and records medications in accordance with division policy and procedure as directed
• Maintains appropriate supply of medications, immunizations and general nursing supplies
• Performs various testing which may include but not limited to - spirometry, EKG, urinalysis
• Triage phone calls answering basic questions and referring to physician when need arises.
• Records information concisely, accurately and completely in patient charts and/or on forms, etc
• Follow- up on diagnostic testing/lab results
• Ensure that test results are incorporated in patient chart
• Cleans and sterilizes equipment as necessary, calls prescriptions in to pharmacies
• Maintains strictest confidentiality of patient's records in accordance with BCHP policy and HIPAA regulations
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities accordingly.
• Other duties as necessary to ensure the smooth functioning of the office

Managerial Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

• Creating monthly nurse schedule
• Ordering supplies
• Order vaccines both state & private (knowledge of CT Wiz)

Seeking a full time LPN for a busy Pediatric office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to taking patient vital signs, administering vaccines, allergy shots, spirometry, finger sticks, and in-office procedures, office operational support, NextGen experience a plus.
