Randall Brothers, LLC has an immediate need for a Lumberyard Puller/Loader. The ideal candidate in this role will be required to pull/pick products throughout our lumberyard and/or warehouses as either stock or special-order material. This particular candidate will interact professionally with our valued customers to service their needs in loading their vehicles with products they have purchased. This is a fast-paced position that may require forklift operations and working with others as a team. This position also includes assisting with unloading of trucks and restocking incoming products to designated areas, while maintaining a clean work environment. We are seeking a quick learner who can think quickly and resolve any issues that may arise with our customer-respect business mentality, serving as the voice and face of our company, and be an integral part to reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Pull building materials and build lumber packages, then load those onto tandem trucks

· Operate a propane or diesel-powered forklift in correlation to duties

· Replenish products from deliveries as they come in throughout the day

· Interact directly with customers in loading products onto their vehicles

· Accurately pull/check/verify loads against picking tickets or credit memos

· Manual Loading and unloading up to 80+ lbs. consistently

· Maintain a clean work environment

· Attend ALL safety meetings

· Perform other duties as designated by supervisor

Requirements:

• Be reliable and have a good positive attitude towards customers and other team members
• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Obey all company policies, procedures and/or guidelines
• Must comply with all OSHA regulations, procedures, and guidelines
• Must be able to work between the hours of 6am and 5pm, M-F as dependent on volume
• Must be able to pass random drug tests and background checks
• Must be able to work outdoors in any weather condition
• Building material knowledge is a plus

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Physical Demands: Manual Loading and unloading up to 80+ lbs. consistently

Environment and Physical Working Conditions: Outside in weather conditions

License or Certification: None

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
