Park Place Manor Inc. is looking for an individual that is compassionate, respectful, honest, and has a GOOD WORK HISTORY. Quite a few of our employees have worked here 10+ years, and we are only interested in hiring people that want to be long term members of our amazing team.

We use an XYZ schedule. That means that you work M,Tu,W and you have Th,F off. You work Sa,Su,M and have Tu,W off. You work Th,F,Sa,Su, and have M off. Then you work Tu,W,Th,F and have the weekend off. This cycle repeats every 3 weeks.

You must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to be eligible for hire.

Responsibilities include

• Give total nursing care to residents in your assigned unit
• Recognize significant changes in assigned residents' condition and take action
• Make meaningful rounds of all residents utilizing Resident Assessment and Comprehensive Care Plan
• Administer all treatments prescribed by physician, including wound care, foley care, etc.
• Administer the preparation and administration on prescribed medications
• Order new medications
• Chart all treatments preformed and medications given as well as notes about progress and condition of resident so that chart reflects current condition of each resident at all times
• Contact residents' responsible parties when there is a change in condition in the resident
• Be sensitive to residents' family members concerns and respond in an appropriate, professional way
• Ensure that drugs covered by the Controlled Substances Act are verified by inventory at each shift change
• Ensure continual promotion of the residents' physical and emotional health by assisting them with their medical care.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
