The Role

Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Performance you will support delivery of enterprise level M&A Integration activities. As part of your specific responsibilities, in the following areas, you will:


  • Drive accountability for delivering integration activities by helping to drive cross-functional alignment and partnering with business and team members to remove barriers.
  • Create and maintain project plans; with regularly follow up on open items with within specific workstreams
  • Support workstream development and execution of tasks related to integrating the related activities of the acquired assets
  • Responsible for Integration Management Office (IMO) reporting on status, issues, delays, and upcoming events that could impede the integration process
  • Maintain and improve integration tools and templates


The Opportunity

  • The role will focus on the efficient integration of our acquisitions as it is instrumental to the growth of Par Pacific.
  • Significant exposure to Par Pacific business operations and to Senior Leadership through the support of integration activities


The Requirements

To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. To be a good fit for the Integration Manager opportunity, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT or business-related field
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience within Finance, operations, Technology, and/or Strategy Consulting
  • Strong understanding of business processes and systems, such finance and accounting, human resources, and IT
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including facility with Excel and PowerPoint
