Immediate Openings!
$4000 total Sign-On Bonus! ($1500 @90 days & $2500 @1 year)
Hourly Pay Rate: $17.50 starting rate with rate increase during first 36 months, starting in 6-month increments
Plus additional yearly rate increase every June 1st.
Plus $0.40 differential per hour worked for working the 3rd shift or a $0.35 differential per hour worked on the 2nd shift

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Set up and operate grinders, reamers, and drills to machine castings
• Sorts & defines scrap defects, writes & tags scrap
• Operates repair drill, tap extractor, forklift, hoist, hand truck, milling machine, hand grinder, and other industrial equipment as needed.
• Set up & operate any machine or perform work in any job classification in Machine Shop as required.
• Communicates with the Foundry supervisor to identify the cause of scrap & area responsibility.
• May perform other duties as required by supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read and write
• Must have basic machining ability (drilling, tapping, and grinding).
• Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Push/pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally
• Foundry experience is a PLUS
