Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and ensures that all fulfillment mail jobs are completed properly and timely
  • Provides administrative support
  • Logs, sorts and delivers all incoming and interoffice mail
  • Monitors and reports on mailroom inventory
  • Manages mail process for bulk mailings
  • Troubleshoots mailroom equipment malfunctions as needed
  • Identifies barriers to timely fulfillment and takes necessary steps to report to supervisor or manager
  • Adheres to daily processing goals and metrics
  • Meets quality assurance standards as applicable to program
  • Performs quality assurance on fulfillment work being performed by the team
  • Provides office management support
  • Assists on researching and resolving customer issues
  • Ability to prepare ad hoc reporting applicable to fulfillment activities
  • Supports training for new staff within the department
  • Creates cases utilizing our internal CRM system
  • Creates and maintains service request database
  • Assists leadership in compliance with all employee standards for operations
  • Assists in processing verification and triage process for multiple programs
  • Manages support ticket bins to process fulfillment requests
  • Works within a team to accomplish other duties on projects to meet necessary deadlines
  • All other duties are assigned

Required Skills:

  • Ability to interact positively and build rapport with coworkers and/or external contacts
  • Utilizes various software and databases including but not limited to, Portal, BPM, CRM and other third-party vendor sites
  • High-energy, hands-on employee who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly
  • High aptitude for process assessment, improvement, and recommendation
  • Strong aptitude for working independently with little guidance as well as collaborating with others
  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage and coordinate several ongoing assignments while meeting deadlines and performance goals
  • Ability to navigate between multiple applications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capability

Qualifications:

Education: High School Degree

Experience: 2+ years in a mailroom or office setting, preferably in a deadline driven environment

Knowledgeable of state specific requirements to complete the fulfillment process a plus

  • The base pay for this role is $41,000.00 annually; base pay may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for a performance-based incentive as part of total compensation.
