If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team located at our facility in Malvern, AR.

Your Role:

The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for managing the organization’s purchasing decisions, all while maintaining adequate stock levels and staying under budget. The role is responsible for communicating with contractors and vendors, to determine what needs to be purchased, how much should be purchased and what vendor it should be purchased from. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services.
• Create and maintain purchase orders and tracking shipments.
• Monitors inventory and reports to the respective buyers to ensure optimum inventory balances are maintained.
• Create, manage and maintain successful business relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and monthly reporting as needed.
• Contact vendors to reschedule deliveries or discuss shortages or missed deliveries.
• Adhere to procurement policies and procedures.

Ultimately, you will ensure the safety of our facility and staff by maintaining our equipment and developing standard work procedures to keep us on-track and successful.

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of procurement or manufacturing experience.

Icing on the cake:

• BA/BS in Supply Chain preferred.
• Proficiency in MS office and SAP a plus.
