Job Summary:

• 
  Creating and monitoring POs in Oracle; Researching parts; Parts Tracking and Returns
• Managing Inventory Database and Critical Spares Lists
• Maintain Departments budget and expenditures spreadsheet; Assist in budget planning and budget analysis
• Assist with Forklift, HVAC, work-order review, and Vendor Contract Administration and Renewals
• Assists Manager and Supervisors in PM Program administration; database entry; database analysis and reporting
• Answering phones; maintaining department files and records; scheduling and tracking Manager’s schedule and meetings
• Data Collection and report generation; Maintenance Cash/Tool Allowance tracking and request processing
• Completes special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• 
  Candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent or related experience.
• Knowledge of DC internal operations and procedures
• Skilled in MS Office suite
• Experience with inventory controls and maintenance organizations & mechanical parts ordering
• Visually verify accurately
• Must be comfortable working in fast paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, across all levels
