Heather Heights is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Director who is a strong leader and determined to exceed customer expectations while making a difference. We offer a competitive salary, two (2) performance evaluations per year with pay-raise opportunities, benefits, and great hotel discounts.

As Maintenance Director, this individual to be responsible for maintaining the entire property in a safe, attractive, and comfortable condition, maintaining good resident customer service and good working relationships with all team members.

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of maintenance experience coupled with an exceptional mechanical aptitude
• Valid Driver's License
• Holiday and Weekend rotation required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversight of Maintenance Technician
• Oversee, maintain, improve, and inspect our facility. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain and coordinate repairs of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Inventory management process by maintaining inventory and ordering supplies.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and system, test functionality of facilities safety systems.
• Conduct monthly fire drills and assist with the education of staff.
• Maintain all building certifications and inspections.
• Maintaining budget and processing of Invoices.
