Job description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team!

You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

Estimate time and extent of repairs

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Maintain material and supply inventory

Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary and acquire bids.

Apartment turnover such as painting, cleaning, and maintenance repairs.

Pool maintenance.

Candidates for this position would need to be available for "On-call" for emergency maintenance and snow removal.

​Qualifications:

Previous experience in multifamily maintenance.

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment. Experience with sewer drain rods.

Ability to handle physical workload and heavy lifting.

Deadline and detail-oriented

Own hand and power tools to perform maintenance.

Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical.

Able to lift appliances using an appliance cart up and down a flight of stairs.

Valid driver's license and own mode of transportation with insurance.

Extra incentive to live on-site and to supervise the pool after business hours. The apartment on-site is in view of the pool.

Contractors and small business owners will be a conflict of interest.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
