CM&W is looking for a Maintenance Technician at our Hannibal, MO location. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting and repairs, and preventative maintenance of a wide variety of building and facility equipment and fixtures, including production and process equipment and tools. Pay range is $22.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
What You'll Do:
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, engineering plans, and work orders to perform required maintenance.
- Maintenance and repairs, potentially including plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on operations and facility equipment.
- Conduct general housekeeping.
- Maintain facility grounds, including snow removal.
- Comply with CK Power Family of Companies employee policies and procedures and all applicable safety regulations and requirements.
- Operate a forklift as needed.
What You'll Need:
- Flexibility in work schedule and overtime.
- Associate's degree or certification in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with electrical systems, including motors, 480 volt 3-phase, and low voltage industrial logic systems.
- Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Basic plumbing and carpentry skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to perform both production and facility-related tasks.
- Self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently.
- Willingness and ability to obtain Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) certification.
- Willingness and ability to obtain forklift and manlift certifications.
- Basic understanding of NEC and NFPA codes.
What Helps:
- PLC and HMI experience a plus.
