We are seeking a maintenance technician for 3 of our locations in Springfield, Il
As a maintenance tech you would be working with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, etc. This person would be responsible for completing work orders for tenants. Must show professionalism towards other staff members and residents. Preparing vacant units for future renters. The upkeep of grounds and all facilities. You must be willing to go in a rotation for after hour emergency calls. In the winter snow removal from common areas. Preventative maintenance with Heating and A/C systems.
