ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for managing Crew Records, personnel, policies, procedures, and quality assurance.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of an Electronic Crew Records System, Electronic Forms, and the Training Management System.
- Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the Pilot Qualification Management System.
- Responsible for the policies, procedures, and quality assurance of the applicable background check requests for new-hire crewmembers.
- Manage data entry processes and record keeping system for all pilots.
- Data entry of flight crew training records into our electronic tracking systems.
- Correspond and report as required to inform Flight Operations, Inflight, and Crew Scheduling of the status of forthcoming expiration dates of medical certificates, temporary certificates, passports, etc. with advance notification.
- Manage PRIA and PRD processes and procedures.
- Manage the AFSP policies and procedures.
- Track trends to identify and mitigate risks of current processes and methods. Ensure standard processes and procedures are consistently maintained.
- Compliance: Maintain knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), crewmember contracts, training manuals and Company policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to the Sr. Director of Pilot Training and the Technical Publications department, as applicable, to maintain and update departmental procedure manuals.
- On-Call and After-Hour Support: Serves as on-call personnel for the Training Department required to answer the on-call phone and respond to and resolve after-hours issues.
- Support other flight operations managers, as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr. Director Pilot Training.
- Ensures tasks are conducted in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state and federal safety and health regulations, programmatic standards, and with any special safety concerns identified by Sun Country Airlines.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Records administration or data entry experience
- Proficient with Microsoft applications with emphasis on Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Very good communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
- Able to collaborate with others in a professional manner.
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter, able to perform independently and communicate effectively within a dynamic environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees.
- Must be discrete with sensitive and confidential information.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, tablets, and filing cabinets.
