Manage Customer Focused Cost Savings
o Meet annual contractual and non-contractual customer commitments for cost savings
o Communicate to Menasha Leadership on a regular basis (monthly) regarding progress against customer goals

Manage CI activity for customer and internal savings projects
o Schedule meetings for a regular cadence for each account
o Ensure meetings have agendas and follow ups
o Develop action items and owners for activities related to cost savings
o Provide guidance to account teams on which projects are a focal point along with advising on which ideas to focus on to drive savings
o Align resources, support and or guidance on projects (include engineering, labor pricing, materials pricing, operations, procurement, etc.)
o Provide updates periodically at the East Sales Weekly calls, share information and provide direction.
o Support teams by providing data from Finance to identify opportunities for improvement within manufacturing

Maintain Customer CI Trackers
o Publish to customers on required dates
o Lead customer meetings to review CI tracking along with new proposals

Maintain Internal Savings Tracker
o Submit to finance on 4th business day of the month for the previous month
o Set targets and goals by account annually
o Align Account Teams to support internal savings projects

Develop IMPACT presentations for CI proposals
o Show impact of the idea
o Convey how savings are achieved
o Align on next steps
o Convey Savings and Sustainability Impact
o Presentation of proposals to customers
o Get approval from customers

Sustainability
o Maintain and continue to develop tools to support sustainability
o Perform analysis on projects to show environmental impact of a solution
o Use Menasha developed tools along with Compass Software to do analysis
o Support client needs for Sustainability information and guidance
o Oversee management of FSC credits with the clients that count toward CI goals
o Provide monthly and or annual sustainability stats to clients as needed
o Navigate within Menasha when needed to get to subject matter expert for information
o Support customer calls/meetings on sustainability

Internal Savings
o Manage projects that can deliver internal savings
o Oversee the Account Review Project (Keep vs Give) to determine what a customer gets as savings vs internal
o Maintain documentation of information
o Communicate within the organization to adjust SAP to align with your keep vs give direction
o Maintain the internal savings tracker for the East
o Align account teams to support along with providing annual targets

Operations
o Support materials and services operations sites
o Identify inefficient running items
o Convey to internal teams what works best at either materials or service sites
o Be a liaison for resources, information and to drive projects

Other customer support
o Lead annual meetings to prepare for the next year of projects, what are focus areas, what is being eliminated etc.
