We are actively seeking a Sr. Supervisor for our Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Analyst & Scheduling team. This position coaches a team of 12 - 15 members from beginner to experienced levels of EVMS, guiding them towards meeting organizational objectives and leading the team in EVMS execution. Responsible for day to day supervisory and coaching of the team as well as assisting with EVMS training and special projects across the Engineering organization.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper implementation of EVMS through the use of standardized processes, tools, reports out on-going compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits
• Lead EVMS team through month end and EVMS processes
• Assist in EVMS training across Engineering team
• Collaborate with scheduling functions
• Generate & present earned value performance data to leadership
• Ensure compliance to EV System Description
• Support Program Reviews
• Participate in the development of proposals
• Assist, as needed, Engineering Management with special reporting requests

Basic Qualifications:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing or leading a team
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software
• Working knowledge of MS Project / EV4P
• Program controls and EVMS background
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• EVMS compliance Knowledge
• Familiarity with the EVMS 32 Criteria Guidelines

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
