How you can make a difference:

• Oversee tax (direct and indirect) for several jurisdictions. Primary focus will be UK & Ireland and France.
• Co-ordinate local tax compliance (tax returns, TP reports etc…) with the assistance of external tax partners.
• Manage tax authority enquiries and audits.
• Manage and oversee the provision of third party tax services.
• Prepare quarterly US GAAP tax estimates (ETR, cash tax forecasts, tax risk memos etc…) and tax forecasts.
• Partner cross-functionally and provide tax advice and support as needed.
• Mitigate WHT (loan reviews, FATCA forms etc…).
• Strive to simplify and strengthen tax processes.
• Stay up-to-date on tax law changes and keep stakeholders informed.

Professional Experience & Skills:

• Qualification in Accounting or Tax with experience in a public accounting firm and/or multinational company.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is paramount. French is highly desirable.
• An understanding of accounting for taxes under US GAAP is highly desirable.
• Innovative and solution-oriented.
• Excellent organisational and execution skills.
