Responsibilities:
Experience
Lifeway Media is seeking at Manager, Lifeway Media Business Development. This role provides strategic oversight for the investment in films, production, licensing agreements, revenue and Lifeway Media's strategic marketing services for Christian films and products. The manager researches trends, provides acquisition opportunities and partnerships to grow and expand Lifeway Media’s business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Christian media and a deep understanding of the media landscape, as well as a track record of success in business development and relationship management.

Responsibilities:
- Creates Lifeway Media's multifaceted strategy for marketing drives, exclusive retail film offerings, direct licensing services to churches and oversees contractual film marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including churches, media partners, sponsors, and industry leaders
- Plans the production of filming and media projects from shorts to full length theatrical films
- Oversees internal and external marketing strategy for contractual services
- Leads development of contracts for the church license agreements
- Develops proposals to secure film projects for Lifeway Media
- Analyzes market trends and competition to inform business development strategies and identify new opportunities
- Stays up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into Lifeway Media's business development strategy
- Some travel required
Education
Bachelor's degree in media, films, business, ministry, communcations, management, finances, marketing
Experience
- Films or movie production: 7-10 Years
- Marketing and business: 3-5 Years
- Team management: 3-5 years
- Business planning and budget management: 3-5 years
- Proven track record of team coaching and development
