- Primary point of escalation for application and data issues
- Provides technical leadership on the application support team for troubleshooting issues and delivery of services
- Promotes best-practices for process adherence, documentation, and data integrity
- Coaches, mentors, and develops a team of System Analysts
- Coordinates strategic and integration planning for the team
- Negotiates scope and schedule of projects with customers and internal teams
- Sets and supports performance expectations for the application support team (internal and external)
- High proficiency in SQL and other relevant technologies
- Demonstrates success coaching and mentoring of team members
- Is comfortable with uncertainty and can lead others through those situations.
- Ability to work past technical and bureaucratic hurdles
- Exercises judgment in selecting different problem solving techniques.
- Uses data to define metrics for initiatives and track attainment
- At least three years of experience performing advanced enterprise software support
- Bachelor’s degree
IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE:
- experience in back-end/ engineering support of other SaaS applications
- academic coursework in relational database applications and other IT subjects.
