As a Manager, Procurement Corporate Services, you'll play a key role in developing annual sourcing plans with key stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Develop annual sourcing/category plans with key business stakeholders.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers in assigned categories of spend.
- Drive anticipate merger savings in assigned categories of spend.
- Deliver P&L savings of $3MM-$5MM.
- Represent TD in ongoing supplier management activities.
What We're Looking For
- 8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience is required.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's / Post graduate Degree is preferred
- CPSM or equivalent purchasing certification preferred
- Prior experience supporting HR and Financial Services
- Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
- Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
- Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
