Job description

Direct Hire opportunity for a Manager Trainee position in West Des Moines, IA. Will be responsible for directing and coordinating the personnel activities and processes for the manufacturing area under their control. This includes supervising and training employees, motivating the employees, and completion of reports. This position is a permanent opportunity with full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401K + match, life insurance, vacation/holiday pay. Starting pay range $24-$25 an hour bonus based on experience/interview. In addition, a yearly bonus is offered.

Below are additional requirements:

-3-5 years of experience as a lead person or comparable position

-Must possess good problem-solving abilities and ability to coordinate multiple activities and functions.

-Must have proven leadership and team building skills
-Must have excellent written and oral interpersonal / communication skills

-Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

-Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds on occasion.
-Pre-employment E-Verify, drug screen, and background check
