Description: Manufacturing Team Member

Machinery operation for production of industrial ceramics

Shift Mon-Fri 6:30am -3pm (subject to change, & may include 2nd or 3rd shift rotations) or

Mon-Thurs 4am -2:30pm

Full time

- must be willing to go through staffing agency for probationary period and pass a drug test

Required Qualifications:

•Education: High School diploma or equivalent, or ability to pass basic skills test.

• be able to prove eligibility for legal employment in the U.S.

General Duties:

• Press Operation

• Machinery Tending

• Furnace Production and Assembly

Physical Requirements of the position:

•Standing for prolonged periods

•Lift up to 50 lbs

•Twisting/bending/packing/lifting/squatting/walking

•Must be physically able to use pallet jack and drive forklift after sufficient training.

Pay

•Based on experience and level of skill, rate starts at $15.00 per hour.

•Holiday pay with followed guidelines on designated holidays

•Up to but not more than 48 hours paid sick leave per calendar year while jointly employed - not paid out upon termination. Additional 56 hours of excused unpaid time off. PTO accrual and insurance offerings if direct hire applies.
