Compensation Range: $65,000 - 75,000 per year

Cella is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager for our client, a top software company. In this role you will focus on development, design, list building, sending, and reporting on various lead gen and nurturing campaigns and programs.

The ideal candidate has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the use and optimization of marketing automation, specifically HubSpot Marketing Hub.

Responsibilities:

  • Use marketing best practices, current trends, and testing tools, to ensure maximum deliverability, open rate, and effectiveness for all lead gen and nurturing campaigns.
  • Expand and optimize nurture email programs through testing and personalization.
  • Partner with the marketing team to manage and optimize the design concepts, content, and layout of all email communications ensuring brand consistency.
  • Maintain a data-driven approach to analyze, monitor, and communicate performance of email initiatives to marketing tea.
  • Configure and maintain forms to capture lead data and funnel leads appropriately.
  • Design and create landing pages with forms for various campaigns.
  • Configure HubSpot automation rules and segmentation lists based on prospect categories to be used in various marketing campaigns.
  • Serve as primary HubSpot admin: manage and train new users, manage prospects, create, and maintain documentation, and troubleshoot various HubSpot issues.
  • Manage prospect lead scoring and grading.
  • Create and pull reports on a regular basis to report on established KPIs.
  • Participate in HubSpot training, webinars and conferences as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
  • Experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • A high level of motivation and urgency, good time management and organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently on a variety of project simultaneously; ability to switch between projects quickly all while ensuring that the brand's unique visual and messaging elements are maintained.
  • A highly detailed oriented master communicator and relationship builder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
