Logan Simpson has an immediate opening for a regular full-time Marketing Coordinator. This position can be in located in either our Tempe, Arizona or Fort Collins, Colorado office.

Responsibilities Include:

• Review and edit written proposals for quality assurance.
• Utilize design skills to create eye-catching layouts and graphic content and documents.
• Coordinate conferences and tradeshows, including scheduling, coordinating with colleagues to staff booths, and set-up and take-down of materials and equipment.
• Handle company website updates and maintenance.
• Assist with social media to clearly communicate ideas through compelling text and visuals.
• Order and maintain supply of company-branded items.
• Other marketing responsibilities as needed.

Position Requires:

• 1+ years of related experience in marketing or proposal coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Adobe Creative Cloud products including InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills, and a desire to work both independently and in a team environment.

Compensation:

This is a full-time position paid on a salaried basis between $40,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on experience and education.
