Reporting to the Sr. Director of Software Sales, North America, you will be the primary owner of the Straumann Group/CareStack Marketing & Lead Generation Initiatives. The Marketing and Lead Generation Manager is responsible for managing all marketing operations of the CareStack Business Unit including development, planning, and execution of various marketing programs and lead generation initiatives in support of the CareStack growth goals and brand. This position interprets business objectives and develops successful lead generation campaigns from idea to execution. They also ensure that CareStack/Straumann message is clearly defined and distributed across all channels and targeted audiences, as well as the coordination of the organization’s marketing budget.

The Marketing and Lead Generation Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with the field sales team to meet lead referral goals. A Primary initiative is to lead the Lead Generation activities of the field sales team by delivering the following but limited to; field training sessions, local/regional events, remote content webinars and other field level initiatives that support lead referral goals. In addition, the Marketing and Lead Generation Manager will administer the organization’s digital marketing program, including but not limited to; social media, website, webinars and email campaigns to ensure lead generation and brand consistency.

The Marketing and Lead Generation Manager will collaborate closely with the entire Straumann/CareStack team to support and implement lead generation programs. In meeting the goal of creating a consistent and repeatable lead generation funnel, the Marketing and Lead Generation Manager will work with the Straumann’s internal marketing team to create and launch marketing efforts as well. These vital relationships will support business goals by generating leads for the sales team. The Marketing and Lead Generation Manager will help navigate these close relationships to build out a consistent and repeatable sales lead generation funnel.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing Straumann Group/CareStack Marketing Initiatives
  • Responsible for all activities and results for lead generation
  • Responsible for planning and coordinating marketing campaigns
  • Charged with communicating the marketing plans to all parties and building awareness and positioning for CareStack’s brand within and outside the Straumann customer base
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing events
  • Develop the go-to-market strategy with key stakeholders and plan and implement pre-, at-, and post-launch marketing and education initiatives
  • Closely collaborate with the global headquarters and regulatory to prioritize goals
  • Collect, consolidate, and communicate voice of customers including product feedback and development needs to senior management and world headquarters
  • Closely interact with sales, marketing, education, training, logistics, and other functions to implement strategies and tactics to drive revenue and profit growth
  • Develop sales enablement tools per business need
  • Identify and develop key opinion leaders, product champions, and speakers
  • Track and monitor sales trends and provide product forecast
  • Plan and execute other strategic and operational projects, campaigns and programs as needed
  • Responsible for leadership, direction, and management of the marketing and creative services team, including employees and third-party vendors.
  • Charged with the overall management of Straumann Group/CareStack distribution network including but not limited to; Straumann and Neodent Implant Business to increase client engagement and grow North American market share.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Creating, implementing and organizing lead generation content and promotion.
  • Supports and organizes market leading conferences, trade shows, and events.
  • Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
  • Travel up to 20%


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • 3+ years of Marketing Experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience

  • Knowledge of dental sales or medical sales
  • Knowledge of software sales

Salary: $120,000-140,000/Annually + annual bonus. The final pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what the company reasonably anticipates for this position.
