Do you love talking to people? Salespeople, servers, and other guest centered individuals are likely to excel in this role!

As a member of our guest service team, you will be responsible interacting with guests at our locations, promoting the Hilton brand, booking guests to take a tour of our resort, and giving area information and recommendations on local shows and attractions.

· This role helps visitors make memories with their families by making their vacations better! You will:

· Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to visitors.

· Provide customer/concierge services and local activity information/booking services as needed.

· Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs.

· High School Diploma/GED

· Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

· Fluency in English (speak, read, write)

· Self-motivated and goal oriented with excellent communication & verbal presentation skills with the ability to persuade others and overcome objections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
