As a Marketing Project Specialist in marketing at Fujifilm Sonosite you will be responsible for supporting development of key materials, campaigns and tools for our Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) solutions. You will be a key member of the Brand and Communications team and contribute to the growth of our business while learning and developing a career in MedTech marketing. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, on budget and on time execution of a wide variety of marketing initiatives. You will be proactive, process driven, data oriented and collaborative. Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and maintain key resources and tools for the global marketing and sales tools (i.e. Workfront, AssetBank and Showpad).
- Support development marketing programs and materials.
- Work closely with the upstream and downstream marketing teams to track progress of campaign development, implementation, execution, and metrics.
- Support financial processes and marketing budget, including tracking expenses, managing POs and invoices, maintaining budget files.
- Work with key vendors to deliver on projects and programs, own relationship with key partners
- Ability to prioritize projects to meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently but communicate and escalate problems appropriately.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset and can apply strategic and creative thinking skills to problem solve and drive company goals and outcomes.
- Dedication to completing challenging tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and resourcefully.
- Ability to manage numerous global projects at one time, ensuring strict deadline adherence.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related business field.
- At least 1 year experience in marketing, branding or related field.
- Familiar with a variety of marketing activities, practices, and regulations.
- Familiar with the MedTech/healthcare industry and regulations preferred but not required.
- Must have proficiency in workflow planning and management of Workfront project management tool experience preferred but not required.
- Understanding of various marketing project flows from print to digital and an eager appetite for learning various marketing specialties.
- Experience in localization and/or translation management preferred but not required.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to interact and communicate in a professional manner with external thought leaders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and database management.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative applications InDesign and Photoshop desired but not required.
- $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience + annual bonus opportunity
