Overview

GiftsForYouNow, an eCommerce website specializing in personalized gifts and decor, is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist for our Marketplaces team in our Woodridge office! We are looking for a self-starting, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a growth culture as we expand our presence across a number of online Marketplaces.

Summary and Scope

The Marketplaces Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the execution of various marketing and content-related activities, including keyword research and strategy development, management of PPC efforts, listing creation/optimization, and organic performance analysis across GFYN’s multiple marketplace storefronts (Amazon, Etsy, etc.).

The ideal candidate will possess superior organizational and time management skills as they will be expected to work across multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously. In addition, candidates for this role will be process driven and expected to understand problems at a fundamental level in order to develop data-driven solutions to solve them through day-to-day storefront management.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing multiple tools to perform keyword research, strategy, and listing content optimizations
• Analyzing and auditing on-page content (including imagery) to improve interaction and conversion
• Performing daily reporting tasks
• Involvement in management of daily ad spend across multiple platforms
• Utilizing strong analytical skills to extract insights from traffic/ranking data and provide well developed quantitatively based recommendations to drive impressions and orders.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Up to 2 years of Digital Marketing experience, additional marketplace experience is a plus (Seller Central, Vendor Central, Etsy, eBay)
• Background in business, marketing, and/or social sciences strongly preferred
• Experience with analyzing data is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience and familiarity w/ Excel
• Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity
